SIRIUS RISING:
Happy Day Out of Time on the Galactic Mayan Lunar Calendar.
The rising of Sirius marks the beginning of the New Year in the #GalacticMayan #LunarCalendar of one of my teachers, Jose Arguelles. I was initiated into his work in 2007 when I experienced a personal crisis point leading to the mystical discovery the lunar calendar and the Book of Transcendence: Cosmic History Chronicles, where I was introduced to meditation and many other concepts for the first time.

On 7/26 is the heliacal rising of Sirius, which is the brightest star visible on Earth, constellation Canis Major the Greater Dog, the Dog Star. Sirius is rising behind the Sun, enlivening our Sun star with its rays bathing earth and the entire cosmos with the intelligent light codes emanating from the distant, ancient star system. It was the rising of Sirius which said to have caused the flooding of the Nile River in the days of Ancient Kemet (Egypt). The pyramids of Giza are aligned to Sirius.
